Cozy family owned guesthouse on the south coast of Iceland
Milk Factory is a family owned guesthouse, located in the costal town of Höfn southeast Iceland. Recently we renovated the old Milk Factory and now we offer 17 comfortable and stylish rooms.
Many Southeast attractions are in the vicinity, such as Jökulsárlón Glacial lagoon, Vatnajökull Glacier, the National Park in Skaftafell, Lónsöræfi and several other natural wonders.
The Milk factory is an ideal stop-off point in South east Iceland for hiking, exploring, ice caving, northern lights chasing, snowmobiling, sailing on the Glacial lagoon, horseback riding, playing golf and more; this cozy guesthouse is just what you need at the end of an active day.

"We stayed at the Milk Factory in Hofn as a family of five. We had a very large room that slept us all comfortably, perfect for our needs and did not break the bank! The hotel itself was very modern and clean. As the name suggests, it was a converted milk factory and so it had an interesting ambience. Staff were extremely welcoming and the breakfast in the morning was great before a busy day of taking in the stunning natural beauty nearby. We were also lucky enough to see the northern light while standing right outside the door of the hotel!"
